The AspireRevo keeps you in touch all day via Gigabit Ethernet LAN connectivity. Six USB ports and a Media Card Reader make transferring your photos and other files as fast and easy as ever.

I purchased the Aspire Revo R1600 for the sole purpose of replacing my original Xbox running XBMC. It appears to be very capable and has met all of the expectations I had. Hardware accelerated graphics on XBMC Live via VDPAU is working great. Content that used to choke the original Xbox and even the AppleTV running XBMC works flawlessly on the R1600. I did swap out the single stick of memory for a matched pair of SODIMMs but I actually installed slower DDR2-667 memory instead of the DDR2-800 that originally came with it because that's what I had lying around. PassMark performance tests showed a single module of the DDR2-667 to be almost exactly the same speed as the stock DDR2-800 and the two DDR2-667's definitely blew the single -800 away.

Acer tries to provide the latest innovations to a notebook. Innovation is very well be regarded, namely the use of carbon fiber material that is used on a Formula 1 car. On this material, in addition to providing a good durability, also has a light enough weight.

Apart from the material that is owned by this product, on the inside of this product have also been equipped with various components that can give performance as soon as F1. Some components that were installed in this notebook, among others, the processor is using a mobile processor AMD Turion 64 ML-37 with a speed of 2000 MHzà ¢ â, ¬ â €? On this processor supports 64-bit operating system and dual-core. For video card, notebook video card is using the engine that is made ATI Radeon X700 with 128 MB memory. For media use Seagate 100 GB hard drive with 5400 rpm.

Incomplete specification it seems that high without the support antarkoneksi good. Therefore, in addition there is a Gigabit Ethernet, this product is also equipped with Bluetooth, and Broadcom 802.11g Network Adapter.

On the other hand, manufacturers also provide a mouse that uses bluetooth connection, which is on the mouse with the same color with the color notebooknya, making this mouse is so consistent. Unfortunately, the mouse is less convenient to use because of the weight in excess of the mouse in general.

For a given performance, it seems we can not give much comment because the performance provided by the notebook is very satisfying.
